Now, to fix Anja's excema with the Healing Brush

I've selected an area immediately below her spot to fix it:

Then I simply painted over the darker pink area - I lassoed off the
area I did; you can kind of see the shading difference. Fear not,
when you finish painting and unclick, it'll change and blend right in.

Now I'll fix the other side. The + shows where the area is that I'm copying:
